Please read them carefully before renting any products from us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided

We offer rental of LED wall panels and screens ("Rental Products") for various events and purposes, including corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, and more. The Rental Products may include hardware, installation, and technical support as specified in the rental agreement.

2. Rental Agreement

• By placing a rental order, you agree to enter into a binding agreement with BSE EVENTS LLC .

• All rentals are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us through email or another agreed-upon communication method.

3. Rental Fees and Payment

• Rental fees will be quoted based on the duration of the rental period, the type of LED wall panels/screens, and any additional services such as delivery, setup, and support.

• Full payment must be made before the rental period begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept payment through the following methods: "Pay On Delivery"

4. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery and installation charges may apply.

• We will deliver and set up the Rental Products at the agreed-upon location within the specified time frame.

• You are responsible for providing access to the site and ensuring that the location is suitable for installation.

• Our technicians will perform the setup and ensure that the equipment is functioning properly. Any technical issues or failures should be reported immediately.

5. Use of Rental Products

• The Rental Products should be used only for the intended purpose as agreed upon during the rental process.

• You agree to handle and use the products with care and in accordance with any safety instructions provided.

• You must not modify, alter, or tamper with the Rental Products in any way.

• The Rental Products remain the property of  "BSE EVENTS LLC" at all times, and you agree to return them in the same condition they were provided, excluding reasonable wear and tear.

6. Maintenance and Support

• We provide technical support for the Rental Products during the rental period. This may include troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.

• If any product malfunctions or requires repairs, you must notify us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

• You are responsible for any damage caused by improper use, misuse, or negligence. Any repairs or replacement costs for damages outside of normal use will be charged to you.

7. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental start date to receive a full refund.

8. Confidentiality

• Any confidential information exchanged between you and BSE EVENTS LLC during the rental process, including pricing, technical data, and proprietary information, must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
